Planned, developed, and led a team to design and build a community seating area with a bench and a Little Library in front of the Potomac Station pool and clubhouse. The project covered site preparation, material acquisition, and a layout that met HOA standards and community needs.

What I did

• Leadership: delegated tasks and coordinated volunteers to use time and resources efficiently.
• Fundraising and budget: secured monetary and material donations, built the budget, and managed costs.
• Build: worked hands-on with impact drivers, post-hole diggers, and shovels; selected concrete anchors, plants, and mulch.

Scouting

Earned Eagle Scout with BSA Troop 1159 (August 2016 – December 2022), where I served as Senior Patrol Leader.

Result

A lasting community space that promotes literacy and time outdoors.
